The Field and Functions of Supervisors of Schools Among the Sisters of Mercy of the Union in the United States

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to set forth what supervisors in the Sisters of Mercy of the Union actually do. As a supervisor of schools hi the organization called "Sisters of Mercy of the Union in the United states", the writer seeks to discover answers to the following questions: (l) Who are the supervisors of schools in that organization? (2) Where are those supervisors functioning? (3) What are they doing? No search for theory is contemplated. "Practice" will be dominant throughout this investigation.
