Allied Diplomacy and Admiral Kolchak

Abstract

Late in 1918 there arose in Siberia an Anti-Bolshevik government centered around the person of Admiral Vasilevich Kolchak. This govern mont was one of the many anti-Bolshevik groups usually designated as belonging to the "white" movement or cause, Kolchak's rise to power engendered great hope in the hearts of many for the regeneration of Russia and the destruction of Bolshevism.
