Abstract

This study was conducted in Catholic Charities Guidance Institut e, Archdiocese of New York, Manhattan Office, This is a child guidance clinic providing examination and treatment services for children and youth from five to eighteen years of age, presenting personality or behavior difficulties. Treatment is also offered to the parents of such children. The clinic is licensed by the New York State Department of Mental Hygiene and is a member clinic of the American Association of Psychiatric Clinics for Children.
