Coverage of the Fair Labor Standard Act
Abstract
Not since the passage of the Social Security Act has as much misinfor}mation confounded business as is apparent with respect to the Wages and Hours Law, now over three and one-half years old. Business is faced with the absolute necessity of' adjusting itself to meet the requirements which were originally established October 24, 1938, when the Fair Labor Standards Act became effective.
