The Nature of Questions: An Introductory Thesis
Abstract
It is clearly impossible to begin an exposition without any presuppositions at all. An exposition pre- supposes at least the workability of the language used, and therefore, that the term designating the object of the exposition in this case, "question" - is more than a meaningless series of marks or sounds.
