G. E. Moore and the Nature of the Good
Abstract
George Edward Moore, 1873-1958, made a significant contribution to the progress of British philosophy through the development of a unique method of questioning and analysis. Although the body of his published works is slight, only four books and a number of articles, he succeeded in establishing a new tradition of analysis, the further development of which predominates today.
