The Relation Between Personal Adjustment and Spirituality in Religious Sisters
Abstract
Numerous areas of human activity have drawn the attention of pay- chologists to unanswered questions at almost every level of their oper- ation. To name but a few, the school, the family, industry and the armed forces have presented objectives and procedures in need of scien tific evaluation through the application of psychological tests and experimentation. Each of the areas mentioned has received from these psychological studies insights and understandings which, when prudently utilized, have enabled it either to improve the quality and quantity of its services, increase the efficiency of its procedures, or enhance the morale and motivation of its personnel.
