A Study of the Efficiency of Admission Policies in a Three Year Hospital School of Nursing
Abstract
The relatively recent and rapid development of the application of psychological principles and procedures to nursing problems marks a new emphasis in the selection of candidates for nursing schools. This interest may be viewed as part of an overall program designed to provide maximum psychological assistance to schools of nursing in achieving their objectives.
