The Boulder Dam

Abstract

On June 17, 1902, Congress passed what is known as the Reclamation Act, giving power to the United States Government to carry on improvements in the arid and semi-arid regions. From that time to the present, the Federal Government has pursued a progressive and an enlightened policy with regard to reclamation.
