Legislation for the Settlement of Labor Disputes in the United States
Abstract
Following the industrial revolution in this country, with its accompaniments of mass production and concentration of wealth, the laboring class has become more and more divorced from the class of employers. Where once the worker had some ownership in the instruments of production and some voice in the contrel of the products of hislabor, he now has none.
