Contributions of the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart to Education in Italy and the United States
Abstract
It is the purpose of this study to demonstrate that the Missionary Sisters of the Sacred Heart have made valuable contributions to the field of Christian education in Italy and the United States.As the topic is to be treated from a purely historical point of view, emphasis will be given to the origin and gradual development of the educational activities of this religious congregation.
