Abstract

The problem in this thesis of supervised study in Silent Reading in the IA grade is to demonstrate the effectiveness of teaching silent reading in the IA grade through the use of various techniques whereby the child's ability to select, classify, reorganize, and illustrate the material he has read will be developed.
