The Consistency of Responses of College Women to the Items of Three Vocational Interest Blanks Over an Interval of One Month
Abstract
The problem of vocational adjustment is an important one for our college women of today. The recent census shows that one out of every five workers in America is a woman! and since women with a high level of intelligence and the opportunity for fitting themselves for service are to be found in the colleges, this group needs vocational guidance of the most expert type.
