Abstract

The problem of vocational adjustment is an important one for our college women of today. The recent census shows that one out of every five workers in America is a woman! and since women with a high level of intelligence and the opportunity for fitting themselves for service are to be found in the colleges, this group needs vocational guidance of the most expert type.
