Background of the Study. Deeper and better knowledge of the concepts and principles provided by psychology, sociology, anthropology, group dynamics, psychiatry and all the behavioral sciences, on personality structure, dynamics and development, has made people aware of the importance of group interaction and group living for personality development of individuals.
