Unmarried Mothers: A Study of Fifty Unmarried Mothers Known to St. Martha's Residence, Newark, 1963-1964
Abstract
This chapter will be devoted to a consideration of the casework services offered in relation to the length of time the unmarried mothers were residents of the shelter. The study will also include the results of the final decisions made by the girls regarding themselves and their babies.
