Community Development: A Study of This Process in a Voluntary Tenant Association in New York City 1965-1967

The focus of concern is the loss of community as a meaningful form of social and moral association. Today's American cities are faced with the deterioration of neighborhoods and with little sense of belonging on the part of individual citizens.
