A Survey of Mental Health Services and the Need for a Service Complex in Northwest Essex County, New Jersey
Abstract
The Purpose of the Study.--This study is being undertaken by the United Community Services of North Essex to determine whether or not there is a need for a Comprehen- sive Community Mental Health Center in northwest Essex County, New Jersey. This area, designated as Catchment Area #1, includes the following municipalities: Caldwell Borough, Cedar Grove, Essex Fells, Fairfield, Glen Ridge, Livingston, Montclair, North Caldwell, Roseland, Verona and West Caldwell.
