Parole in New York State: A Study of the Structure, Functions and Major Procedures of the Division Parole, 1930-1960
Abstract
The main purpose of the study is a compact presentation of the thirty-one annual reports issued by the Division of Parole as they relate to the topic. Specifically, the study will endeavor to determine the circumstances and influences. which led to the establishment of the Division in 1930, and to describe its developments to 1960.
