A Study of the Senior Peoples Choral Group at the Salvation Army Red Shield Club in Harlem, 1951-1952
Abstract
This is a study of the Senior Peoples Choral Group at the Salvation Army Red Shield Club to see whether the program and activities, based upon choral work, meet the needs of the older person. The study covers a regular program year from October, 1951, to June, 1952. The Choral Group was composed of negro women over sixty years of age who lived in the Metropolitan Area of New York City.
