Abstract
This study purposes an exposition of some of the obstacles encountered by the group work staff of C.Y.O., with special emphasis on those problems revolving around relationships within the parish unit, within the agency and between both. In addition, the writer intends to draw upon the thinking of the group work staff for conclusions concerning these difficulties and to weld those conclusions together in a series of principles. These principles, the writer explicitly intends, may one day become a partial basis for a manual of the agency's professional group work services.
