Day Care Center: A Survey of the Need for a Day Care Center in New York City's Chinatown, 1962
Abstract
The study will cover the area between and including the role of the social worker in community organization projects and the role of the members of the community in the implementation of a project. Descriptions of methods for obtaining cooperation of community members in a project and some of the difficulties which must be surmounted by the community worker are included. The study is meant to be highly specific and practical in its approach, dealing with a defined location and specific problem.
