Abstract
After the Second World War a great chapge occurred in many parts of the world. Developed nations had to rebuild, after the destruction caused by the war. But many more newborn nations came successively into existence. These countries, emerging from a com lonial dependent state to a national independent status, were forced to find their places in the world community; they were to strive for self-sufficiency and the building up of their nations.
