Abstract
It is for similar reasons some men in all ages have, since antiquity sought a short out to happiness through the use of narcotics. Some seek release from the turmoil and confusion within themselves; others to bring false beauty into a real world that is drab and dirty and often without the necessary catalyst of love to transform it.
