Abstract

Recreation is not an Invention of the twentieth century, but it probably is more of a problem today than at any other time in history. With increased knowledge has come a fuller understanding of the meaning and value of recreation. It is now known that people of all ages must use some form of recreation in order to lead normal and well balanced lives.
