Abstract
In the world around us there is so much we never see or feel. The dynamic society in which we live tends to make us oblivious to the very things that surround our person. Happiness and problems have become so personal in our impersonal society.Shortly after man was on this earth he realized that he was the help-mate of others and they his help and consolation. Problems arose and solutions were seen. Cultures advanced themselves and became more complex. Modern machinery grew from crude implements. The grass continued to grow and the flowers bloomed and trees grew tall and majestic. Man was also growing. An increase in size, a little more knowledge, a little less feeling for others. With the complexity of modern society came the complexity of every day living. Stress, strain, tension became intensified and new and more powerful problems arose. Man overlooked them until they started to be felt in his personal life. Many persons realized that the problems existed but did nothing or could do very little. It was realized that men would have to work together for the good of society. They had to be motivated and in many instances this was done by a conscious few who knew what had to be done and did what they could to alleviate the situations.
