A Study of Hospital Schools of Nursing as an Agency for Promoting Recreational Programs for Young Women
Abstract
Background of the Study. This study was motivated first by the writer's close association for a period of two years with student nurses of four hospitals for the purpose of promoting and planning an organized and integrated recreational program and second by the ever increasing recognition of hospital authorities as well as of the public, of the need of recreation by the promotion of recreational programs as part of the educational curriculum.
