Abstract

Social work as a relatively new profession, rising on the horizon, has far from reached its zenith or its full potential, in our world today. It is hoped by the investigator that this paper will broaden the span of light of our profession into those areas of human destiny that need its warmth and rays. Mental deficiency is one field of human destiny that can benefit from our professional knowledge and skills.
