A Study of the Influence of Religious Life on the Personality Adjustment of Religious Women as Measured by a Modified Form of the Minnesota Multiphasic Personality Inventory
Abstract
Within the past few decades the admission policies in the educational, professional and occupational fields have undergone marked transformations. The problems of adjustment, of success or failure, connected with the training of applicants for the various fields, have compelled personnel directors to look for more effective measures to be used in the screening process connected with admissions. With the recent advancements in psychology, the problem of screening has been lessened considerably.
