Abstract

This paper is a limited evaluation of a laboratory training program carried out in one particular agency. It is hoped that the results of this evaluation might help to contribute to our knowledge of the effectiveness of the group and participation-oriented laboratory method of staff training.Laboratory training is here analyzed in the context of organizational change. This means that the training being analyzed is goal-oriented as a means of change. It also means that the desired purpose of the research is to illuminate
