Dating from 2002, the Bronx Oral Histories collection of oral history interviews brings together the Bronx African American History Project (BAAHP) and the Bronx Italian American History Initiative (BIAHI), two community-based research projects and archives held at Fordham University. Both projects document, map and explore memories of how individuals of African, Irish, Italian, Jewish, and Latino descent settled, lived and worked in the Bronx in the 20th and 21st centuries.
